FNB unable to process a request to increase bond amount debit

My husband and I wrote to FNB in November 2023 requesting them to increase the debit order amount on our bond. To this day this request has not been actioned and I worry about FNB processes. Despite following up, there has been no update. Can someone from FNB please assist as we need this to be implemented.
