FNB unable to print English bank statements!

I'm applying for a UK visa and therefore need a bank statement. FNB can only provide Afrikaans statements.

The call centre agent was also not very helpful and could not even put me through to customer complaint to lodge a formal complaint.

This is not the first time a customer is complaining about the need to change the language on a statement. FNB definetely not very innovative bank.
