FNB unable to link accounts going around in circles.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to link my new business account to my personal profile and be able to see my business account details. I have been on the FNB app Chat multiple times and keep being transferred to the same 3 departments, repeatedly going in circles. No one seems to want to take responsibility and sort out the problem. FNB asked me to wait 72 working days for the problem to be addressed for the umpteenth time. I also could get a reference no out of them. Very dissatisfied and frustrated.
