FNB unable to access funds
I app**** for a savings account & credit card 11 months ago.
I never received the credit card. I unsuccessfully tried to have the credit card cancelled.
On Tuesday 30 April, I accidentally transferred money into this dormant credit card. Now I'm unable to access this money. I logged a reversal request on the same day, and was told that it will take 3 business days to reverse.
How can a dormant credit card be linked to me indefinitely? Why can money be transferred into this dormant account? Why can't FNB not reverse the transaction in a timely manner?
