FNB UMHLANGA CRESCENT-WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Fnb crescent has despicable service. I have been to this branch on friday regarding an overdraft (which I was offered)! All my documents have been handed in on friday!! 5 days later I have not been informed about anything! I called the branch several times! Cindy and sandy were dealing with this yet NOTHING has happened! I know the banking process because my wife works for another bank! This is ridiculous! I will move all my accounts to another bank due to this pathetic service!! The sales consultants keep on making excuses! FNB CRESCENT is by far the most DISGUSTING branch I have been to with the most UNEDUCATED SALES CONSULTANTS!
