FNB *****ulent transactions

Our bank account was compromised. Went to the bank card was cancelled and duly told the money has gone out of our account. Apparently originated inthe Netherlands ???? Uber transactions.......9 of them. Was informed it could take up to 30 days to investigate. Two transactions, not the exact amount were reversed but no other communication. Why is this bank not taking the matter seriously. Why can't they protect our money. The bank card never left our possession and we did no suspicious transactions online. Wake up FNB
