FNB *****ulent transactions continue after being reported

Goodmorning

I am writing this email on behalf of Molly Ndlovu, who works for me.

She opened an FNB Eaze Account, *** ,on 1 December 2023. On 6 December *****ulent transactions were made on her account. see attached. all Toll charges . I have also attached the reference numbers provided by FNB when she reported the *****.

1. what is the status of this enquiry 2. why are *****ulent transactions continuing after she had reported the ***** 3. the account is now with a debit balance as a result and any of her money that finds its way into that account will be app**** to this balance that is being disputed. why? why is there no flag on her account.

Hi, still no response or contact made with person affected. it is the festive season and there seems to be no urgency in trying to get somebody that earns so little's money back.

What was the amount refunded? R400 and ?The *****ulent charges came off my existing balance and then continued to cause an overdraft. The total *****ulent charges made were R3886.And why did this happen?regards
