FNB *****ULENT TRANSACTION

A *****ulent Transaction took place on my cheque account on the 7th of May 2024 whereby an amount of R10152 was used for purchase. Immediately after seeing the notification that says money was reserved for purchase I received a message from the bank which was informing me that there was a suspicious transaction taking place on my account and also asking if I was the one doing the transaction. I responded with "no, it's not me". My bank card was the blocked and I immediately opened a case with FNB ***** department. The money was left pending on my account from that day which was Saturday until Tuesday and that gave me hope that the money will be returned onto my account since we'll I did not approve the transaction. On Wednesday the 11th of May 2024 I checked on the banking app only to find oug that the money has been cleared. I then called FNB ***** department, after they promised that the Investigator will call me within 48 hours and did not, to find out why the money was cleared and not returned to my account. I was told that the case was closed and there's nothing the bank could do. I was told that the *****sters manage to obtain my card details through one of the online transaction that I did before. My question was why did the bank allow the transaction that I did not approve to go through while i clearly indicated that I am not the one doing the transaction? My other question was the money was left pending for days, does the bank system not allow for the money that is pending to be reversed if the bank finds that the transaction was *****ulent?. My card details were acquired *****ulently and I expected the bank to protect my money from those *****sters but instead the bank allowed *****sters to get access to my money even after I have told them I am not the one doing the transaction. I lodged a complaint with the FNB complaints department and they promised to resolve the matter within five days. Today is the sixth day and I haven't heard anything from FNB complaints department. My follow up email was not responded to. I really need help in getting my money back as a loyal client but the bank I trusted so much is failing me. *****sters are winning, getting easy access to our funds.
