FNB *****ulent payments

Yesterday, steam games debited my account 5 times in a matter of minutes until I had no more money left. How did this happen with no OTP approval? I am now left with R70 until month end. After trying for 90mins to get through to someone on the ***** line I was told that it would take up to 30 days for someone to “look at my case”. This is unacceptable, how am I meant to buy food for my children with no money?
