FNB *****ulent card activity FNB

I called the bank to report *****ulent activity on my card. I noticed that I was minus R7511on my card , but under personal loans. I have never app**** for a personal loan from FNB. I called FNB ***** division and they do not accept this as an online ***** transaction as they say the loan is from Wesbank. I do not have an account with Wesbank. They are telling me to call Wesbank.
