FNB *****ulent bank

Worst bank ever, stayed 2 weeks without access to my account, I reported money that was taken from my account with a reference of connect device, called ***** department explaining that i don't have any device with fnb or any other company, she decided that investigation has to be conducted but my profile has to be shut down, 1 week follow up, they told me it takes tome but i can visit any branch tp open my accounts, when i reach the bank, it took 2 hours of struggle with no success, told them i want to close my account as now i have to restart the whole process of ordering cards and register a new app, and i was told to visit the bank the following week to discuss with the manager and settle the overdraft which is the fund that was taken by them and acting as if the are investing,im so disappointed that it can take 2 weeks to investigate money worth more than R5000 leaving an account without bank security
