Fnb *****ULENT BANK!

Our bank account was reporter as ***** for the following.

Client placed an order with us. Paid a 48% deposit.

Lead time is 2/3 weeks wich puts delivery at 10 december 2024.

Client was uoset as they wanted it immediatly after they accepted the terms of delibery and reported our business account as *****.

Fnb has been to NO HELP.

We have called them 87 times in 4 days. All they say we cant assist you.

Our investigator at the bank, email belowe ***

No reply. Nothing. After we sent all proof and documentation. No response.

How can a bank freeze/block a business account on false accusations? And the “clever smart” People working dor them dont even reply on a mail or email?

We lost 1.1mil in this 4 days but FNB WONT take responsibility for it. All they say is the following and we have it on recording we cant assist you. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
