FNB *****ULENT ACTIVITY - MULTPLE TIMES - NO REIMBUR*****T

there has been *****ulent activity on my Fnb account twice in less than a year. I have not been reimbursed and I have followed up but I get the "still investigating" response. I really loved using FNB but the security measures are so poor and they don't reimburse for the lack of security on their side. so so disappointed
