FNB & UBER EATS ARE FAILING THEIR CUSTOMERS – ZERO HELP, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!

I am absolutely disgusted by the way FNB and Uber Eats have handled this situation. Money was ****** from my account by Uber Eats, for an order that DOES NOT EXIST. No order history, no confirmation—just a random charge that magically vanished into thin air.

And what has been done about it? NOTHING.

I reached out to FNB, expecting my OWN bank to protect me. But instead, they have treated me like my problem doesn’t matter. No urgency, no updates, not even the decency of a proper response. Just silence.

So let me get this straight—Uber Eats can take my money with no proof of an order, and FNB is just OK with that? What kind of pathetic excuse for ***** protection is this? If I can’t trust my bank to fight for me, then what’s the point of banking with them?

This is not just bad service. This is negligence. This is enabling *****. FNB has made it crystal clear that their customers' problems mean absolutely nothing to them. If they can’t even handle clear-cut theft, how can anyone trust them with their money?

I will not let this slide. I am taking this further, because at this point, FNB and Uber Eats are equally responsible for allowing this to happen. If you bank with FNB or use Uber Eats, check your accounts carefully—because when ***** happens, they WILL NOT help you.

This is only being logged now after I had reported this matter ages ago, I haven't received any correspondence, any feedback not even a courtesy call at the most least, this reference number is no different from the first one I got when I requested for your assistance initially it really serves nothing.

To you it might be a lousy amount, to me it's my mode of transport to get to work, my means to make ends meet, I am truly disappointed in how this matter is being handled.
