FNB Tygervalley Mall - **** SERVICE

Every single time I go to FNB Tygervalley mall, I leave unassisted or if I am assisted, there is no follow up done from the consultants. To get help, you either have to be a foreigner or afrikaans. It's amazing that the floor consultants ALWAYS find time to help other clients, but I sit there like Kippie, eventually leaving. 6 months ago a consultant took my name and details in as I enquired to get funds from my easy zero account to my cheque account after an administrative error on the banks side, closed my account. Not a single word, email or call. I've now visited the branch 4 times, 4 times unresolved not even getting to speak to a teller on any of these occasions. As a former employee of the bank, the service I've received is PATHETIC. DO BETTER - I await feedback for my 6 month old query.
