Shocking how an institute who should keep your money save make silly mistakes. I had to file for reversal of funds whereby the manager assisted me - Only to get response that it was the incorrect form. Now I am missing debit orders and installments due to time wasted.

Not the first time such incident happened, thus I plan to close all my accounts with FNB!

Viva FNB Tygervalley for being the worst of all !
