FNB ****TY SERVICE EVER !!!!!

FNB is billing me over R900.00 charges for Debit Orders that has not gone off my bank account. How in the hell can you charge me R350.00 for a Debit order of R189.00 that did not go off . When I swipe my damn card at KFC and receive a notification that the money has gone off my bank account, how can I be responsible if the bank delays internally to process the payment and then they go and turn around and bill me R350.00 for their ****ty processes . I am changing my bank asap.... FNB will never get that R932.00.
