FNB ****ty service
FNB agents are very ***********, i have had an issue with my account for a week and every time i call them, they put me on hold and hang up. i have been sent from pillar to post even on the secure message on the app(those are the worse they are even rude). My account is on hold and i need to use MY money but I can't. After this pay day I am cancelling my account I am tired of FNBs nonsense. I will never recommend this bank to anyone instead ill tell them to run very fast away from FNB.
