FNB ****ty policies

Most unpleasant experience ever, Been using this bank for the past 7 years and now all of a sudden after changing to the current aspire account when I swipe my card funds are not deducted and are left hanging until the place were I swiped banks their money if not the money stays hanging so they say, now i owe the bank a huge amount of money that i don't know of. I'm not happy with the service from FNB Mall of Africa No one is giving me an answer all of them say the same thing that they do not understand, I will be closing my FNB account today. And thanks for the ****ty service.
