FNB Turning into the worst bank in SA.

I am a private wealth client with FNB.

I had 4 x Cell C debits this month. I am not in arrears and it is a mistake by CellC. However, I was penalized by FNB as the acc debited had no funds in. I explained that it was a mistake and I also explained that FNB was requested to stop the debit.

FNB stated, that I have to request Cellc to stop the debit as they cannot. I contacted CellC and they simply refuse to stop and then hang up the call.

FNB declined the request to reverse the penalties.

This is unacceptable. FNB was great at a time but now, you are just a number to them and their secure chat option is terrible as they simply cut you of while chatting to them.

I am fed up with the terrible service from FNB.
