Fnb turnaround time is a lie

I am a business owner that opened a gold business account with FNB. They requested documents to be sent through which I sent through on the 17th of January. The turn around time is 3 working days (so they say) It has been a week now and I had to phone them and hear they received the documents and turnaround time is 3 working days again. That is unacceptable. FNB just says the same thing again thinking they deserve 3 more days because they did nothing. A business account is needed to do business. So in this process they are delaying any income I should have already received. I need money in the account for the account fee to go off. But I cant even transfer funds to the account because the documents are still not verified.
