FNB turnaround time for a query is 4 week. Horrific service!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not know what game FNB is playing. It is week 4 and my query about ebucks hasn't been solved. I have not been receiving my ebucks for almost 3 months. I call in and the story changes every time. So today I got told that the revolving loans department is saying my account is not up to date however when I called them they said everything is fine and my online profile confirms nothing is in arrears.

So FNB please get your story straight and give me my ebucks!!!!!!!!!! I have never been so upset in my life. This is ridiculous 4 weeks!!!!! 4 weeks of bad service and wasted airtime and precious time calling FNB. No ways FNB will be in my good books after this
