FNB TURN AROUND TIME IS 5 WEEKS

So this is week 5 of being in contact with FNB to resolve a simple query. I have done all they have requested to assist me get my ebucks back since September, however their service has been very poor and slow. I am beyond disappointed in how a simple thing has taken 5 weeks and till today no sufficient answers provided to me.

Definitely switching banks after this ordeal
