FNB TRYING TO STARVE MY FAMILY TO DEATH!!!

This bank is run by a mafia holding clients money for no reason and investing it.I have a business account and a client deposited R13 000 into my account on Wednesday the 23rd of March 2022 and the bank put the money on a "pledge" and so i cant access it for no reason. Its a business account and i receive money from clients everyday in this account. Why they chose to hold this money beats me.I have also received deposits from the same client before. Its been more than 2 weeks and nothing has been done no communication whatsoever.I keep calling and holding for 30 or so minutes everyday but nothing is being done.I was told my investigator is Nhlamulo Baloyi, she has never contacted me and her phone never goes through.I have emailed her several times but she doesn't even care to reply.

My business is in a very tight spot now since its a small business and we operate on thin margins and so the cashflows are very bad.I dont think i will make it until next month.Thank you FNB for worsening unemployment by killing the small little businesses trying to find their small space in the sun.Thank you for making my family and other families go hungry.

DON'T OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH FNBThis bank has gone to the dogs.I have a business account and a client deposited R13 000 into my account on Tuesday and the bank put that money on "hold" for some unknown reason and i cant access it.I have been calling the bank ever since and being put on hold for 30 or so minutes only to be told an investigator hasn't been assigned to my case.I'm appalled because this is a business account and i have always received money in this account from clients, even bigger amounts so why they decided to put the money on hold beats me.I have to use the money urgently but i cant access it.What a joke for a bank that purpotes to support small business.FNB how can we help you?should be FNB how can we f**k you up?

WARNING DONT USE FNB AS YOUR PRIMARY BUSINESS ACCOUNT,THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN THE DARK AND COLD.

alois K:29 Mar 2022, 09:25To whoever is reading this don't be fooled by this bank they just write these fancy 'customer care' messages but nothing gets done.

My money is still on "hold" for no reason and nothing has been done about it.I still have to call and be put on hold for more than 30 minutes.

After one of the long calls i was told there was an investigator on my case by the name of Nhlamulo Baloyi and given his number as **********71, i called the number but its out of service.

In the first place its my responsibility to contact him not him contacting me the client and as a cherry on top i was given a non-functional number.

I have employees and suppliers to pay and this bank its really playing its part in destroying small businesses and worsening unemployment.

Customer service died a long time ago here, maybe they think they are too big to fail hence they treat customers like trash, but we will see,no business continues to exist when it stops serving customers.

I repeat DON'T OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR BUSINESS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
