FNB trying to ripp us off as usual

We are in a process of cancelling our bond with FNB moving it to another bank due to their poor service. The cancellation figures were requested and released on the 31st of July 2017 which came out as R1 243 000 then on the 1st of August 2017 they debited our account the usual debit order then the balance changed to R1 230 000 that means that the cancellation figures and the balance changes. On the 7th August 2017 we were given the same old cancellation figures that were issued on the 31st July 2017 . When raising it with the cancellation attorneys they rep**** to us that FNB advised that they will not release the figures until the 90 days period lapses. The figures are R13 000 more where must we get that extra R13 000 to pay more until they decide to release new correct figures. Is this a strategy to try and lock the clients to stay with them. This is our first bond that we are moving, once we are done with this one we are moving our next bond and all other accounts due to the treatment FNB is giving us. This is just the first platform used to express the way we feel about FNB if it means we should go to the media and exercise our feeling about FNB we will.
