FNB trying to ***** money from me

I suddenly have an account with FNB that I haven't used in probably 4 years that they now want to charge me a monthly fee on. I tried closing the cheque and credit card account online but it doesn't allow me, giving an error. This is because I had an other query with FNB, suddenly this account is now active again! I have no money outstanding on either accounts.
