FNB TRYING TO GET MORE BANK CHARGES OUT OF PEOPLE

Woke up to "Item unpaid no funds on my account", R180 gone!!!I called FNB call centre and I was informed it is because I used my card when there were no funds in my account.I do not have an overdraft facility on my account and the last time this happened I asked FNB to decline the transaction if there are no funds!!!Why is this facility back on my account????IS THIS HOW YOU WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY THROUGH BANK CHARGES??
