FNB trying by all means to ***** money from their own clients

I'm a FNB Gold Cheque account holder and FNB is charging me for #UNPAID ITEMS OF R60 how is that possible while I had funds in my account.I'm so sick of this bank.*****ing from your own clients.Calling FNB call centre is a waste of time and airtime.
