FNB trust fund ****!!!

I feel ****med, my father invested through the FNB trust fund years ago and the money was supposed to be claimed from last year of which we tried but failed multiple times. FNB doesn’t want to give us our money 😢I’ve tried calling with no luck, I’ve been given nothing but excuses. Everything is just screaming ****!!!
