FNB Trust Dept

My siblings and myself have been extremely let down by FNB Trust Dept. We no longer trust them and have confidence in their ability to act in our best interest. A family trust Bruniquel/Thomson Trust was set up a number of years ago and it’s is a testamentary trust, the Will being written by FNB, therefore being the architects of the problem and left us in dispute over the interpretation of the termination of the trust and the disbur*****ts of the proceeds. They have not acted in our interest and we got an independent opinion from a Senior Council advocate who disagrees with there interpretation. In response FNB asked an external lawyer for a response and of course it a law firm who acts for the banks..haha hardly independent...therefore resulting in a circular argument. To all those wanting to use FNB for Will writing and setting up of trust be very careful as make sure it is very clear what the content is of your will..I would definitely not recommend their services...Pauline Burrow Paulinemburrow **********
