FNB TRust Accounts

My wife and I went to FNB to open a trust account, We have just gotten our Trust open in Court. We had to go and open an account at a bank, and chose FNB. But they are making life extremely difficult to the fact that we need different documentation. Eventually after the 5th visit at the bank now we had to find out I need our lawyers CK or Cipc Document as well. The time and effort it took just to open an account with all the documentation. No-one could tell me from day one what documentation was needed, and not even the branch manager would go out of her way to assist. @FNB what are you doing with your staff. Don't they get trained to get the FICA documents correct the First Time. A trust account isn't a thing to take likely. You just lost 2 customers from our private accounts plus, since the trust account is still not open, you've lost a huge amount there as well...but it is FNB.... don't think they give two hoots. I bid you farewell and good luck in the future FNB, you won't see me soon, Not with this type of service.
