FNB tries to generate money by not sending debit orders through

My credit card payments are on debit order. At first they used the wrong account which effected my credit worthy. I contacted them to rectify the account. Then the debit orders went through as it should. Now all of a sudden they don't send through the debit orders as they should. I phoned them to query what the problem is and made an arrangement to debit a double installment Did not happen. Once again my credit worthy is jepordised due to them not meeting their side of arrangement. I am also charged extra interest on the outstanding amount. Seems that the agents working with the account does not know how to do their job and is under trained.
