FNB treats clients with contempt
My credit card was declined, as was the case with other FNB clients, available balance became 0 even though my account is in credit. I tried to transfer MY money out of my Credit Card but no luck as the account is inactive. Why would FNB deactivate credit card accounts on a Sunday, because they do not give a dam about their clients and feel that they can treat them with disdain, and they will keep on coming back for more. Where was the communication? They don’t care how their clients will feel having to leave their groceries behind while the other shoppers watch on. Then to add insult to injury, there is an option to activate the account on the mobile app, if you give FNB permission to get all your information from financial services and exchanges, credit bureaus and home affairs on a continual basis. Are they really strong arming their client to get their private information for the foreseeable future and hiding it under the pretense of FICA documents? You try to contact FNB on the number as per their email, but after 20 minutes on hold I decided they are not work my airtime. I have been with FNB for over 15 years but it is time to find a bank that appreciates it’s clients. We pay THEM not the other way around. Shame on you FNB.
