FNB treating their customers badly

I keep on getting on messages that my account is overdrawn, I just do not understand because all my debit orders go through on the last day of each month. I have called FNB and no one is able to explain this debit order to me, all I am being told is that the matter has been escalated while I keep on getting sms's that my account is overdrawn.
