FNB treating SMMEs like **********

Am really disappointed at myself for trusting FNB business, i got refunded by SARS on the 5th May 2020 and was able to use the funds until today the 8th only for my account to decline payment. When i contacted FNB am being told there's a hold on those funds which is news to me as no body bothered to call me from fnb or have the courtesy to send an sms or email notifying me.
