FNB TREATING PEOPLE LIKE *********

FNB,basically treating me like \********\" I'm currently having a bond with FNB home loans(***)In the month of October 2014 I couldn't pay my instalments as expected because I was out of job during that period, however I further made an 6 months arrangement with their collection department dealing with Emily Rankhumi of which all payment were met within 3 months instead of 6 months.During my conversations with Emily she also advised that my account will pend for the process of judgement until I paid all my arrears and bring account uptdate. Also a following letter was sent by Tiffany Singh on this(10/04/2015), stating as follows:
\"Please note that should you not adhere to the above arrangement, your account will be referred to our attorneys to proceed with legal action. The status of your account has been submitted to the credit bureau in accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA).The default will only be cleared from the credit bureau once the account is up to date\". FALSE PROMISES
I have further app**** for letter of rescission of judgement, but they denied me instead instructing me to find a lawyer.
I'm utterly disappointed that FNB give such worst service
Lucia"
