Fnb treating me.like a ********

I.got called by Kyle fnb *****.department to what i thought was them assisting with my card being lost and transactions I'm not aware of. According to Kyle it.was a routine.***** check, which.they've never done before. During the whole.call I felt like I was treated like a ******** and then told to go to the police for an affidavit. Investigators will pay me a visit. I.went to check out the procedure and its.not what happened on the call. Doesn't even.mention investigator visiting you. When I told him I told fnb he said there's.nothing on their side, which number did you fail...etc I've already decided not to deal with fbb anymore and now to be treated like a ******** is not.on!! He didn't even want.to explain the procedure to me as I need to ask the investigator.
