FNB treating black customers like trash
Fnb promise to reverse R5617.00 within 24 hours to 48 hours since last week Monday, but no reversal to date

They do not give straight rather they are evasive make a fool out of you.They treat people as stupid and trash and does not any of the banking ethics. They operate just like Mashonisas

We app**** OVID-19 Cash Flow Relief funds on the same day with my white colleague. We both get approval on the 14 May 2021 ,but his reversal has been processed already and mine has not been processed at all, rather I am being given run around because I am black. Every-time am being given a rehe****d automated answer and now they are refusing to take my calls.
