FNB Treated my unfairly

Trying to purchase smart Devices from FNB. Never missed a payment on any device. After replacing my vehicle suddenly I am unable to purchase and smart device. FNB R139pm payment they say I am unable to pay! Feeling insulted and badly treated by them!!!!!!
