Fnb treated me unfairly.

I took a loan out at FNB I was retrenchend after several months of paying and I went to the branch to state my situation and I was told to email the necessary documents to support my case. I was subsequently told that my loan didnt have a clause of retrencment cover.so I havd to pay it. No one explainex that to me when I took out the loan.its unfair and ridiculous thag I get informed about it after submitting the letter. My account was handed over to some attoneys and I told them that they must hand back to fnb as I was not told when taking the loan out that should it happen I lose my job I must pay and moreovee via retrenchment that was not of my own doing. Fnb is taking advantage of me and I feel hard done by the bank..
