FNB - treat you like **** when medically boarded

i received your notice as you keep handing me over to different attorneys and despite me responding to the lawyers emails,i get no response but constant same emails. I have lodged a complaint with the obmudsman due to no response and the fact that I mentioned to FNB that I have been medically boarded and not receiving and income. I was paying a small amount every month but the last few months I received no funds so now you handed me over despite me mentioning my situation. Even if I decide to pay an amount I will NEVER pay this account up with the interest that is being added. My credit card was never this high, the banks do this to a person to put us even more in DEBT. I do not understand what is the point of mentioning that you are medically boarded, submitting my medical reaports and then you treat me this way!!!!

The complaint is with the ombudsman and I am awaiting feedback. I have received a reference number for this. Other banks do not treat me this way. only FNB !!!!
