Fnb travel app can’t allow me to fly due to typing error

@flysaa and @FNBSA I booked a flight to Cape Town for tomorrow 7 January 2024 via FNB app. I don't know how but my second name on the tick came as initials and now SAA is telling me that this is going to be a problem and they have to cancel my ticket with no refund? I booked for 3 people return and I will lose all the money. How is that possible where as I used my fnb app and it should be easy to change the initial to name since you have all my information
