FNB TRAUMATISES ME

This is an update to my previous complaint where I complained about the attorneys Gerhard Lubbe Attorneys and the way that they are dealing with my accounts. This is my fourth complaint and I cant believe I am here again. My Cheque account has been with them for 10 years and recently when I complained when I checked my balance with them it showed that the client (FNB) had requested the closure of my legal account so as such my debit order didn't through, It showed that I didn't owe then anything anymore. My initial dent was R44k my payments was R56k and my interest was R77k on the R44k debt. I had a balance of $33k left on the account before FNB asked for file to be closed. Now I have been issued with a letter of demand from Gerard Lubbe Attorneys which in itself the wording is confusing and I am traumatized. I don't know what is going on, They stopped my debit order, The letter also states I am in arrears and however the heading on the letter shows that there are no arrears and no outstanding amount. Will this trauma really never end. I am so stressed out, I actually burst into tears. 10 years of paying 10 years of trying to make good my dignity and all in vain. Will there never be respite for those that try to honour their commitments
