Fnb -Transunion Ne listed

I've paid up my credit card n Petrol card got a paid up letter but still listed on Transunion cant even rent an apartment or do anything im angry im told by Tranunion Fnb requested my name be there for 2 years. WHY? WHAT IS THE REASON. I got thru to the call centre was put thru alot of different people when I finally got someone to assist me they dropped the call great service
