Fnb transfers from a clients savings without permission!

Fnb transferred money from my savings account to my current account. Im currently laid off and awaiting my uif, my current account was in arrears which i have been waiting to make payment once I get my uif due to being retrenched, i have asked fnb to close this account for the last 4 months. I dont think you are allowed to touch my savings and transfer to your arrears without my permission!!

You cannot assist us with debit order disputes but you willingly take money without permission! I am royally ****ed.

Kindly contact me and rectifying this ****, you must wait for your money or block thr account.
