FNB transactional hold
My FNB personal account has been put on hold for no apparent reason. I have been sent funds from a friend who asked me to facilitate transactions. I was requested to send documents on the source of funds, which I have done so. I cannot even access the funds. Very very disappointed. I really need to be able to access the funds in my account.
Does FNB hold these funds to make interest on them? Awaiting a response....

I have provided all the requested documents for the transactional hold to be uplifted. Its been over a week and I cannot access the funds. Fnb is really causing and inconvenience to my work. They are not allowing me to access funds in my account. Very very unprofessional service. Im so displeased.
