FNB - Traffic fine disaster

FNB has a feature whereby you can pay your fines. I paid a fine on 05 September 2018 for R210 and this does not reflect on my outstanding bills as paid. It shows that I have to go to court to pay and explain myself when this fine has been paid. FNB...when do you do your payment uploads? Don't offer a service and then you can't fulfill the obligations.

Ok...so on 02 October 2018 nothing is resolved. I will have to go to court or Green Point traffic department to sort out myself. Fnb been sending me messages.. Waiting for feedback. What are you waiting for? I suggest you start actioning. I have until 05 October then there's a Warant of Arrest for me. How fantastic! FNB and Traffic Department systems are not aligned. DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM!
