FNB Trading Failures

I deposited a lot of money to my trading account using my FNB Credit Card. I am due for a +-R20 000 rand refund from my trading application which requires my income limit to be set higher than my refund amount. This is because FNB keeps rejecting payments by Globtrex to my account. Trading applications only process payments through Credit Cards. I last spoke to Khanyisa from FNB Forex who told me that payments cannot be made to my credit account which I know is false. I'm trying to get money into my Credit Card & this is rejected by FNB. How can I take money from my Credit Card, but be unable to receive payments to it. You don't know who's trying to pay my account.

This is sad. I need my Transfer limit on my Credit Card to be set lower than my Income Limit for me to receive my funds.
