FNB Tracing lost money???

Trying to trace money a recipient didn't receive. The account was closed at the time payments were authorised. Nedbank issued proof that account was closed. No money bounced back to the business account. When calling the bank you go from one person to the next with no resolution and then you get cut off. Please this is important.
