FNB TOTALLY USELESS

I don't know what is going on with FNB. I can't understand why I pay such exorbitant banking fees either. They certainly don't do anything to earn them. Now they can't even stop or reverse debit orders AT ALL!!! Totally pathetic service and after banking with them for almost 20 years, I seriously need to relook my banking options. FNB - THANKS FOR NOTHING - WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU DO FOR YOUR CLIENTS!!!!
